We do actively promote lesdership in our formation, but its never something that you just get and keep.

Its something you earn, first by service, and then later re-earn by cross-training others in your skills and abilities.
You will always be going back to the service, returning to what centers our struggle. But with each new promotion you get very little in the way of benefits but your responsibility grows. Your accountability grows tighter, your responsibility to becoming redundant increases.
By the time you reach the top of our ranks you should be completely redundant. You should be of little value to the formation, because your skills and abilities have been given away.

This is necessary because as you become effective you become a target.
Once you reach a certain level of efficacy you will be attacked. This makes it imperative that everyone had a shadow, a deputy, who makes it their work to learn the ropes of their mentor and leader.
This is basic force multiplication.

We teach 4 who all learn to teach 4 to teach 4 who teach 4 to teach 4 and in a few years you have an army full of motivated trained mfers ready to bump heads and the time for negotiations pass away.
If you cannot give up power to build the movement then you simply cannot move upward. If you will not serve you will not lead. If you will not teach you will not lead.
This is bigger than us. This is a lifetime struggle couched in a historical struggle.

This isn't about my life or your life.

Its about serving the people, and knowing that everyone who makes a difference is forfeit.

Will we fight hard and win or die noble losers?
