There are 2 parts of what is called the #IranDeal. 1) The #JCPOA which Obama struck through a series of executive actions, and 2) UNSCR2231 which is the international framework.

The US withdrew from #1 but remains compliant with #2

In fact #Iran did not begin to cheat *in response* to US actions but began cheating long before the US withdrew from the agreement.

The process may be messy like babies having tantrums but not bc the legality of the US position is in doubt. Even Obama’s loons who made the deal are quoted on record making their case for how this is America’s right.

Paragraph 10 of UNSCR2231 is crystal clear on this point.
