While I'll certainly agree some of the restrictions suggested by #NPHET don't make sense (especially removing spectators from sports??), those criticising the €9 substantial meal with the timed restrictions in pubs really don't understand what that was trying to accomplish.

I'm especially skeptical about the spectator sports thing because I haven't heard anything about there being breakouts as a result of spectator sport. Looks nearly as if they're doing something just to be seen to be doing something in that regard.
