First Quarantine
ICA placed a dorm under quarantine in response to people exhibiting flu-like symptoms. Despite this, ICA still refused to give people medical attention and provide personal protective gear.
Hunger Strike
Nearly 100 people went on hunger strike in response to the quarantine and fears of exposure to COVID-19. Hunger strikers were met with retaliation by ICA guards, such as solitary confinement, a practice recognized as torture.

Transfers
ICE forcibly transferred people to facilities in other http://states.ICE  uses transfers as a tactic to separate people organizing on the inside from each other and their support system.
ICA Violates Quarantine
ICE continued to detain, transfer and funnel people in and out of Farmville. ICA and ICE even violated their own COVID-19 policy and risked the health of others by removing an individual under quarantine for deportation.
