4/ There must be something else here in Brazil to explain why we have not seen hot spots of Covid19 transmission like in NYC, London, for example.
People´s and authorities' behavior has not favored dz control. So what is "kinda controlling" transmission?

6/ I am happy to hear thoughts on what might be happening here (Sao Paulo city). In the hospitals, the n. of Covid19 cases admitted is small & stable for months.
On the other hand, many people w risk factors for severe covid19 are still shielding at home (isolamento still ~50%)
