I was just having a conversation with someone. She said, the problem with marriages now is that she can bet that about 60% of women do not respect their husbands.
2.

I told her, although debatable, I get where she was coming from.

Women of today are quite different from the women our mothers are. And for that I am grateful.

You see, women of today, have seen their mothers be loyal, respectful and homely, yet treated badly by men.
3.

Even you, when you have seen something play out often, you take lessons and learn and grow from that teaching.

But men have seen their fathers served and treated like kings, they expect the same from their wives, while refusing to realise that their mothers...
....their mothers were a different generation from their wives.

Times are changing, and men have to realise it is much easier to be loved and accepted for more than their penis and money, than for just their penis (and or) money.

Men have to come to terms with this change, it will be increasingly hard to find your mother in this age.

If you must marry, you must learn emotional intelligence, learn to communicate, be open to new ideas, be flexible and ready to work in your marriage.

I get how this could be frustrating and annoying. But sorry, it is becoming increasingly unlikely that you will get away with the lack of accountability that your fathers got away with.

Sorry.
