This is all over the world. Where is the loud condemnation & distancing from the mainstream (& I know there are trans people who are speaking out, & some journalists & others but few & far between). I mean, liberal/leftist politicians, "progressive" journalists, celebrities.
Turning a blind eye. Would they do this if it was ANY other group in society, or are women meant to be fair game for violence and threats and it doesn't matter because we're half the population, so not a minority, and the half that REALLY needs to be retaught our place and STFU?
