I opened Iron Valley Barbell

With $732 in my bank account

With No business experience

Having lived in a city for just 1 year

I didn’t know hardly any people

I knew nothing about business

I was a coal miner from WV

With a little faith & passion for helping people

3 months prior I was too broke to buy @AshleyHomol Christmas Gift

Fast forward to the day the gym opened

I was too broke to hire help

So I worked 18-20 hours a day

I was too broke so Ash took care of the bills & food

I was too focused & distracted to see I was tearing a

relationship (& family) a part from my absence & poor decisions.

So @AshleyHomol lead me to Jesus

My success has been wrapped in a blanket of adversity.

Nothing has come easy for me.

I’ve made many, many mistakes along the way & over the years

I’ve taken them on the chin.

Some, hurt worse than others

I’ve learned a lot- that’s for sure.

I’m not the same person I was.

I’ve grown & I’ve evolved.

I’m hungry & eager about life.

I’ve overcome many demons to be able to speak how I speak to y’all
