As the Executive Power of the Nation.

#Ascensionism
The monarch must be followed by a legislative power made from a council of aristocrats and a second council democratically elected by the people.

The first and the second council together are the “National Assembly”.
The judiciary power must be elected by the National Assembly.

Here is the national scale of the future European Empire 🇪🇺 from an ascensionism perspective.
