"risk," "crisis"
"alcohol abuse," "addiction"
naturally, there's like 5 pages of this stuff
and whatever you do, don't refer to "testicles," "breasts," "vagina," "penis" or "erection" ... basically, avoid any word that would shock a Victorian school marm from 1850
also a no-no: "prisoner," "committed suicide," "abuse victim," "overweight." basically, whenever you are in a situation where you need to use a word everyone knows, instead use a long, awkward phrase that says the same thing, but projects your own exalted sense of self-regard
And remember kids, the most important thing to remember in preventing a pandemic is that "no one gender can lay claim to pronouns"
