Ma is a naturalized US citizen born in HongKng. He began working for the CIA in 1982, maintained a stop Secret clearance, & signed numerous non-disclosure agreements.
Ma left the CIA in 1989 & lived & worked in Shanghai before arriving in Hawaii in 2001.

In March 2001, Ma & co-conspirator caught on tape meeting their Chinazi handlers in HK, providing them info of CIA personnel, and receiving & counting $50,000 in cash for the secrets they provided.
After Ma moved to Hawaii, he sought employment with the FBI in order to once again gain access to classified US govt info.

In spring 2019, Ma confirmed his espionage activities to a FBI undercover agent Ma believed was a representative of the Chinazi intel service & accepted $2,000 in cash from the FBI undercover as a ‘small token’ of appreciation for Ma’s assistance of China.
On Aug 12, 2020, during a meeting with an FBI undercover agent before arrest, Ma again accepted money from his past espionage activities, expressed his willingness to continue to help the Chinazi govt & said he wanted ‘the motherland’ to suceed.
So Yuk Ching Ma & his relative were responsible for the 2 dozen CIA informants being killed in China.
They identified for their handlers at least two people that Chinazi intel officials believed were US informants.
