"The right to safely vote is fundamental to a healthy democracy and it is under attack.
On the same day he requested a mail in ballot, President Trump openly acknowledged that he would withhold funding to the United States Postal Service because allowing citizens to safely vote the same way he does is “the biggest risk” to his reelection.
The President’s kneecapping of the USPS is blatant voter suppression out in the open for all of us to see. Citizens should not be forced to risk their health to cast their vote.
We implore our community to make a plan to vote and to vote early. Learn when your deadline to register to vote is, whether you can request a mail in ballot, or vote in person early. https://www.aclu.org/voter/
Do not let President Trump’s attempt to sabotage our election prevent your voice from being heard.”
