Hey @CP24, do you remember during the strike when you spoke to me twice about Adult Day Schools? Do you remember when I said we have NO PREP TIME and are QUADMESTERED? /1
We are also paid hourly and have NO HEALTH BENEFITS (to date). We also said this would be the reality for all teachers if this was allowed to continue...guess what's happening now? All these years of working without prep time have been HORRIBLE for ADS... /2
And we went ignored on ALL SIDES. We don't get to have extra-curriculars without sacrificing our own time. We have to work into the wee hours of the morning prepping and marking UNPAID. We have over 40 students typically per class and no one cared. This gov't didn't care. /3
