For 26 years the hope of a better life has dimmed while anger has risen. Discontent with the corruption and malevolence of the current regime, and the outrage at their ineptitude has reached new heights. While outrage is a catalyst for action, this time outrage is not enough (1)
Tweeting #VoetsekANC might let off some steam, but it's simply not enough to get the desired change in this country.
needs a concerted effort by those who love peace and liberty to unite in a strategic, intentional, and well-organized manner to challenge the status quo. (2)

Now I'm not calling for a revolution, but I'm calling for an overdue reformation. South Africans have been patient for too long and deserve better. We need an urgent intervention and a united alternative to the authoritarianism and greed of our current political elite. (3)
While many peace & liberty loving individuals and orgs exist, failure to unite in a concerted effort has kept enemies of liberty successful. This has allowed aspiring despots to divide us using race, wealth, and fear to keep us from focusing on beliefs we share in common. (4)
Beliefs such as the right to life and protecting it, love of country, equality of opportunity, freedom of speech, expression, and association, right to own private property, rule of law, right to freely exchange in voluntary activity among others are beliefs we can agree on. (5)
Here are some organisations and individuals whom I believe could be influential in reforming
. It is my desire that these and many others will come together in one single event where we will sit down and form an alliance against all those who wish to usurp our liberty. (6)

I am hoping this thread can at least begin a conversation to the forming of one event/conference/convention where we can set aside minor differences and sit down to chart a realistic way forward to reforming this country. To a prosperous, peaceful and liberty loving
(10 end).
