So it looks like a lot people is having either Armstrong or ASM in their FPL teams so far. Both is priced at £5.5 in this years FPL.

This is a short thread that hopefully will show you who is the better option of the two.

So lets start with the Gucci Man ASM!

ASM started 23 games last season, and was subbed on in 3 games.
In these games he scored 3 goals and assisted 4 goals.

He also had 1.2 shots per game, and 1.3 key passes per game.

He created 8 big chances.

He scored 92 FPL pts.

Then over to the Scottish Man Stuart Armstong:

Armstrong started 19 games last season, and was subbed on in 11 games.
In these games he scored 5 goals and assisted 3 goals

....

He also had 1.2 shots per game, and 0.6 key passes per game.

He only created 2 big chances.

He scored 98 FPL pts.

Some thoughts:

When we look at their stats, we see that they both have 8 goal involvments.

But ASM is a bit better when it comes to big chances created and key passes.

So if we look at the stats, ASM is the better option of the two, but this looks like a dilemma where the one with the better fictures, will be the better option.
