Breads of Kashmir.
Couple of years back I went to Ladakh just to eat, read and walk around. And girl, I ate my weight in bread. They have different breads for morning, noon & evening.
Kashmiri Kulcha is way different than Kulcha from rest of India. Also they are crumbly.

What looks like naan is actually a bread called Lavasa. Crispy on the outside and soft inside. Best enjoyed with butter.
This bagel shaped bread is a afternoon tea bread called Tsochwor or Tilvor. Top is soft and it gets crispy at the bottom. Best enjoyed with nunchai aka butter tea.
Tsot or Girda is a morning breakfast bread. Use it to scoop jam into your mouth. Best enjoyed fresh out of tandoor.
The big round bread in the bottom row in first photo is Krippè. Usually served with Kehwa.

There are more breads in kashmir. Google will tell you the are about 14 different types. Each one of them is amazing!!!
