Why is she tweeting about these things now?

Is it because she cares about them?

Or is it because it's election season?

If they can control how you feel, they can control how you think.

If they can control how you think, they can control how you vote.

Don't fall for it.
Just to make sure I've done my due diligence, here's her other Twitter account.

Before June 2, 2020, @KamalaHarris never tweeted about police brutality.
Kamala first tweeted about Black Lives Matter on THIS account to remind us that the Democrats included BLM in the 2016 party platform.
And indeed they sure did. The words of a Marxist group that has completely overtaken a few cities and lied endlessly about its goals to achieve its results.

Oh & that housing crisis? It was unquestionably triggered by Andrew Cuomo during his time in Bill Clinton's cabinet, serving as Secretary of Housing & Urban Development.

Clinton called Cuomo "the best person in this country who is today suited to lead HUD into the 21st century."
Here she is criticizing Ben Carson for scaling back HUD fair housing enforcement, which was again the calayst that led to the 2008 housing crisis that completely tanked the economy. Thanks Democrats!
Kamala also called it systemic racism that Flint was still in a massive crisis over its water supply, despite being allocated nearly 3/4 of a billion dollars.
And of that, about $155,226,441 actually went toward safe drinking water. The rest included social and economic programs loosely related.

She DID mention Breonna Taylor a few times, misrepresenting the facts of the case, and blames racism for officers serving a warrant, knocking, and returning fire when fired upon.
Taylor's boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, said he heard pounding at the door, and he fired one shot at 12:43 a.m., according to his arrest citation.

It's very tragic what happened, but the police DID knock, and Walker fired first, hitting an officer.
The same can be said for the rest of the people on that list, in which case each of them is used as a hashtag before a speech or to blame racism for different goings-on in the country.
Bringing it back home to police reform, Kamala Harris never tweeted about police reform from THIS Twitter account until June 24, 2020.
