In 1950, Nehru abolished 'H'indu Personal Law' but didn't touched Others. At the name of reform, Only 'H'indu Personal Laws' were Codified and others were Not touched.
Now Court see and treat H'indu Faiths' as per Laws governing to Indian Penal Code (IPC) while other get benefit of 'Personal Laws'. Such Hypocrisy is responsible for Discrimination & Appeasement.
This is the very reason as Court give special treatment to Communities other than 'H'indu' & entertain various PIL's which mock & challenge H'indu belief. Time to Time, Court question various H'indu Faiths under IPC but treat others under 'Personal Laws' and doen't even question.
On religious matters, We H'indu's unknowingly criticize Court & Government only but we don't know that Court abide by Laws only. This is ugly legacy of Congress which was imposed on India & H'indu's in particular.
On one side Congress portrayed itself as Secular party but on other hand it promoted Religious discrimination in Society. Hatred among-st Communities came from Discrimination only. It is high time now & UCC with appropriate provisions is the need of the hour.
