The only thing more unbelievable than the sheer gall of the president openly sabotaging our democracy is the number of officials, elected and unelected, who appear only too happy to let him do it. No less unconscionable is the collateral damage of crippling the post office:
essential medicines undelivered, small businesses unable to function, and other disruptions to American life during a pandemic that has already left everyone vulnerable and destabilized.
