The infantilisation of women in their early 20s and whether they should marry early, is mainly done by women in their 30s annoyed that men their own age prefer young, pretty, and yes maybe even dumb, young women rather than old women who are always trying to compete with them.

Men experience less role conflict in their pursuit of career success and accolades because the same endeavours that guarantee financial security also bolster their sexual value.
