All my life, what I did is: listen to my friends's psychological and mental health problems/issues and I tried to ease them with everything I've had at that very moment, I listened to them over and over and again and again, I counselled them every time, I made them sure that++
they're not alone. There's someone looking for them, someone who is constantly keeping an eye on them, who's worried about their behaviour, diet and sleep issues too. What I got in all this phase was strength, courage, self-control and self-confidence. Y'all would think I ignored
myself in all this but I didn't. I took care of myself too. Well, as far as I am concerned: I'm a very happy, ecstatic and optimistic person. I should let you know that there are certain times when things don't get your way when you'd lose hope, you'd fear like losing yourself++
you'd lost your mind, you'd feel depressed, you'd feel anxiety, you'd overthink, you'd overreact, you'd think like nothing is going your way, everything's against you like it's all pre-planned but what we all need at these times is someone who's supportive and can help us sort+
things out. We are human creatures we all need healing, we all need attention, we all need someone who'd taken care of us, who'd listen to our every weird dream and wish. Yes, you all are gonna get these people in your life, I'm certain of that. So, never ever lose hope and never
let your brain take control over you. It's you who is the master. You must direct your emotions, thoughts and imaginations in the right direction, in the right path where you see fit. I appreciate and regard all of you out there fight against the evil of yourselves, indeed it's+
