First of all, what is an organization looking for? Ask that question yourself.
Rule of thumb:
- positive attitude offline & online
- place consistent in tournaments (top 1k min)
- have a social media presence on all socials (min. 1)
- be loyal to your (current) team

So, how do you have a positive attitude offline & online?
If there's anything negative going on, try to avoid it or minimize it at least. Don't beef online.
(I know, you can say I'm a bad example for it but yeah haha)
Anyways, try to be positive.

Place consistent in tournaments (depending on tourney), how do you do that?
What do pro players do?
- spent a lot of time in the game and with a lot, I mean A LOT (min. 8+ hours a day)
- watch vod reviews and correct mistakes
- keep their head cool, even when they've been killed

Don't ragequit. If you do, you'll dig yourself in a deeper cave which is hard to come back from. Also never quit the game, if you only play 1 game and think that you're good, that ain't it chief.

About having a social media presence, you can be active on only 1 platform, Twitter for example, but the more, the merrier.
You're easier to get recognized/discovered when you have multiple socials instead of 1.
Try getting an editor/designer/manager if possible.

Be loyal to your (current) team.
The reason for it is that you should be loyal to your team. Don't join a team for a week/a month and call it quits. That ain't it. You should be loyal to them.

That can be representative or just in general, engaging with the teams' socials & their viewers.
Also, don't self-promote in the teams chat if you aren't active at all. Only self-promote if you're actually active & represent them in a good way.

It can be that not everything is 100% true but this should help you out for at least a little bit, even if it wouldn't mean that much.
