I've been ponder this for the last little while. The new buzz word of regenerative ag (sustainable environmentally friendly what every) why do I do what I do. Covercrop reduced till notill.

I went for a drive today and conventionally worked field have nice looking crops, likely next year too. Do I continue on? I care about my land but will the next owner? Will what I give financially even matter to them or to society.

The food industry is starting to use terms like regenerative and sustainable but there's no talk of premiums for farming that way. So why do it? Why not be like the rest of society and make the most money you can and not worry about tomorrow? Seems to be working
