The fitness industry is a very dishonest space in general. Same as women, men are sold big big dreams. But instead of surgery, with men it’s dishonesty with regards to the use of performance enhancing drugs.
I’ve been training for years and the fitness and bodybuilding circle is very secretive with regards to use of PEDs. When we’re chilling and training, people I know are very transparent about what they’re taking. But when it comes to selling their training plans, products etc..na
Certain man pushing ‘vegan protein shakes’ and 12 week plans when they are banging anabol, winstrol etc... for banter lmao Are they transparent with their clients, customers? No. Unless you know, a lot of men are aiming for very unrealistic body standards.
You think most men can ‘naturally’ keep a slim waist, build muscle, keep bodyfat LOW and build strength the way some of your fave fitness models do????
Btw, as long as PEDs are not barred from your sport or discipline, I don’t take any moral standing on their use. Most of my powerlifting and bodybuilding circle use them. My issue with them is when you’re deceptively selling products and/or services promising unobtainable results
