During our evolution, women had to be very selective in their sexual pursuits. Lots to lose by getting pregnant by the wrong guy.
Due to this fact, it feels unnatural to see women do the opposite (overtly sexual). So, there's a visceral disgust response to displays such as WAP.

Oddly enough, "believers of science" fail to consider the very different evolutionary factors that shaped men and women differently. There may now be "birth control" but our primal brains don't know that.
Generally, women are slow to give up sex and men slow to commit bc both have more risk on one end.
Just as there's an unnatural feeling towards a man committing too quickly (hasn't vetted her, rushing in, must be loser, etc), we have the same unease towards women rushing sex.

So the unease is because it signals a lack of self worth. A man who tries to marry a girl in a week is signaling that he doesn't think much of his resources (or that he has none). A woman that rushes sex is signaling that her eggs are low value ("I don't care who impregnates me")
So a man with value vets properly. A woman with value does the same. But what we vet for is different.
No amount of modernity or programming will change that... our visceral response tells all.
