Couple notes on 2020 FL primary.
*In 2016, 1.8 million Floridians voted either early in person or voted by mail. Today, it is about 2.6m.
*In 2016, it was 70/30 vote by mail to in person early. Right now, it is 80/20.

It is hard to read anything real from primary - but two things for sure: Democrats are embracing voting by mail. When all said and done, more D's will vote by mail in the 2020 primary than voted by mail in the 2016 general.

And it looks like Republicans are learning to like in-person early voting. In 2016 primary, in-person early broke pretty even. In 2018 primary, Dems had slightest of advantages. This year about 90K more Republicans have voted early in primary than Democrats.

It is noteworthy as well - in-person early voting totals should pass 2016 levels today. Won't reach 2018. Remember, 2018 had several competitive statewide primaries, including both Gov races.
