Yes Trump has jumped on board because he too hates the Postal Servce as part of his personal war against Amazon (he wants them to charge Bezos’ company more to ruin and punish them) but this is GOP dogma. Someone must have told him he could also rig the election by killing @USPS.
Republicans have been trying to repeal the 20th century since the insant FDR created the New Deal, and later presidents implemented desegregation and civil rights. The only union that would survive if they truly got their way would be police unions. Teachers, nurses, workers, no.
That’s just ideological reality.
