I taught a leadership course for 7 yrs. I need folks teaching leadership to engage their students in conversations abt connections between leadership & social justice.

We're experiencing movements & students must realize what motivates movements. This isn't business as usual.

Traditional times require that you follow rules & policies.

In times of crisis, a leader must look out for followers & has to deviate from standard policies when the rights of followers are jeopardized.

There is no #leadership blueprint for what our nation is going through.

When leaders don't stand up for the rights of followers, followers engage in movements that give them the rights they deserve.

You are seeing increased levels of resistance bc leaders are being apathetic & nonresponsive.

Current leaders will eventually be replaced.
