LET‘S TALK ABOUT FLOW #2

I believe flow and pain are correlated.

Most of the times when people experience flow is when they are deeply focused on either a creative task or when physically active. https://twitter.com/ykoeguel/status/1289309213118914560
CREATIVITY FLOW

We will use painting as a placeholder for art.

When creating a painting, the painter tries to visualize the emotions he carries in his head with color.

The vizualized emotions can be one in a variety of many or a combination of multiple ones.
Pain, is no emotion. Pain is a sensation that can occur when any emotion is in play. The negative emotional spectrum is self explaining.

The positive emotions carry only one kind of pain. Loss of the emotion, due to their short-lived nature.

When a positive emotion vanisches
the pain of nonexistance takes place. This is why most paintings tell a story, instead of only a single moment.
PHYSICAL FLOW

Every physical endeavor has the risk of pain. Either through outside force or misplaced action and timing. When you work with what you know and jump into what you don’t know, you risk getting injured big time.
The balance act of not getting hurt sets you into flow.
There is much more to it, but this is enough for today.
