Just b4 judge announced decision on my defamation lawsuit against Trump, he (Trump) tried to use/verify/launder info from my hacked email to find out where I was spending most of my time so he cld force a venue change, claiming I wasn't in NY. When his thugs failed, this happened
The FBI (SDNY) was already investigating the hacking of my email that occurred just as POLITICO was calling Team Trump for comment for a big investigative piece they were about to publish on the "catfishing" of me that clearly pointed at Trump thugs.
Catfishing began the day I publicly confirmed a Wash Post report that Trump had a super PAC and was lying when he claimed he was self-funding. I wasn't the source for the piece. But he had Ailes immediately ban me at FOX after approx 1500 appearances over the course of 15 years.
When Team Trump tried to get me to work for them beginning in 2015, Lewandowski told me all about the super PC.

JD Gordon later also appeared to be using half-baked info from my hacked email the first time he and Caputo tried to get their right-wing pal at USA Today to fire me. JD didn't know the info was from my hacked email, but you can bet Michael Caputo did. And that it led to Stone.
JD Gordon was angry that I'd written in USA Today about his role in the pro-Putin language in the RNC platform on Ukraine. He had a pal inside at the paper. A very unethical pal. JD and Caputo had a target on my back. They would eventually succeed.
The FBI was on it.
These were some of the reasons they gave the info from their investigation to Mueller's team. btw there was also a cyber security guy who'd done work for DHS etc in DC who had moved to Colorado to be a private guy for hire who was involved in the catfishing

So when Caputo started paying JD Gordon's legal bills, it was likely because JD had to have his lawyer with him when the FBI spoke to him about where he got his info on me (they pretended they were investigating me.)
JD soon realized FBI wasn't investigating me, but wanted his source for his "info" on me he fed to USA Today.
Bcs that "source" had info from my hacked email, a federal crime. That source also seemed to be running in circles associated with other crimes, WikiLeaks. And Stone?

I think JD gets pissed at Caputo, who then pays for his lawyers using GoFundMe $ he scored when he claimed congressional Dems & Mueller forced him to run up legal bills and he claimed he casehd in his daughters' college funds. Caputo exploited his daughters to grift for money.
If Caputo is, as many say, a Russian asset, then we know why he was placed in charge of communications at HHS just as COVID-19 hit the U.S. Trump has had many secret, off-book conversations with Putin. Don't think for a minute any of this is by accident.
