It is so incredibly fitting that, if dictatorship were to come to America, it would invade under the smokescreen of neoliberal managerial cost-cutting.

The fascism has been used to advance the interests of the neoliberal super-class.

It was the tax cuts and regulation trims they were after, and the fascism was a tool.

Now Trump is attempting to steal an election, and the neoliberal logic of cost-cutting is the justification.

I say fitting because it has been a generation of this neoliberal managerial cost-cutting mentality that brought about the unraveling of the country, the death of the American dream, the hijacking of democracy. And now that mentality is the lie to justify the final coup.
