Of course, it’s ideal if a writer can pay an artist to collaborate, but in some cases an artist may choose to work with someone on a project that really interests them or if they can have a lot of input in the story, the designs, etc.
A lot of comics advice tends to be “just make comics” but especially in the pandemic, it can be hard to network and find who might be your peers, so I’d like to help everyone find each other!
