If you're on the two WE Kids file and are checking out the lobbyist registration, you'll want to check to make sure: (a) all the WE legal persons (an entity) are registered to lobby that lobbied, and not just one legal person; (b) that the so-called shell legal entity, the one
that was back-dated to be the contracting party so that the two WE Kids would have no risk, is a registrant and filed its lobbying communication reports. Recollect the ex-judge's legal opinion posted online, where he states that all the WE legal entities operate distinct from
each other. No legal entity cross-over, the world was told. So, one collective WE entity, or one umbrella WE organization, regardless of how named or categorized, cannot have lobbied for all of the separate legal entities. Why? Cause they operate 100% separately, we were told.
If one finds that only one umbrella WE Charity (one entity) registered umpteen reports of communications, including for the student grant deal, then something is inconsistent in terms of legal entities who did the lobbying.
