I owe two women a lot in life.

The first one who taught me how to kiss properly when I was fooling myself.

The second one who taught me how to dress properly and have clean shoes. She taught me how to be neat. Neatness is an aphrodisiac and works better than wealth.
Most women don't love dirty men.

It is the first sign of irresponsibility.

That same girl also locked me out of her house at 2 am in Abuja.

She taught me with tough love.
I learned about my weaknesses from dating and made corrections to my life. It was a girlfriend that made me get my own apartment in Lagos when I thought I didn't need it.

It became one of my best decisions in life. We started there with an airbed. She still cheated though. Life
One thing I learned was to have no hard feelings and not compare myself to anyone. It helped a lot with self-confidence and learning from the experience of dating. One quote resonated with me all my life:

”Comparison Is the thief of joy”

I think it was from Tolstoy.
I NEVER compared myself with any men my exes dated before or after. It is the root of all distraction and inferiority complex. I judged my relationship on it's merits and demerits and not third parties. I had ”Extreme Ownership” of each relationship.
PS: Dating is NOT about being sexually promiscuous. It is about learning about each other.
