In January 2020, I woke up believing I lived in the greatest constitutional republic in the world. I believed our constitution and bill of rights protected us from tyranny. Then, a new flu came to town and governors like @GovAndyBeshear suspended parts of the constitution...
... and the bill of rights without a single vote from our elected legislators or our consent. They forbid us to go out with our faces uncovered. Both Democrats and Republicans have gone along with this outrage. Some polls show 70+% of the population is okay with the new tyranny.
I put the copy of our constitution I had to good use during the toilet paper shortage earlier this year. Even if they pretend to restore most of our rights, it's meaningless. They can just suspend them again anytime they like. We are now vassals of our government. #TeamKentucky
