also if you saw my previous post, i'm so sorry! the 
symbol isn't allowed to be added to bios/locations/display names because people have used it to pretend to be a verified account. i'm so sorry for the confusion, but an orange diamond () will definitely work.

for unicode, if emojis don't work on your device, try these! in general, if someone has a symbol/emoji you are unfamiliar with in their bio, ask them what it means!! i'm sure they will be happy to let you know in dms https://twitter.com/16jinsouls/status/1295071359563776000
if people could spread this to instagram that would be lovely, i don't have any stan insta accounts but feel free to screenshot these tweets and post them! a number of ppl have said they were going to use the symbol for their insta accs, so don't hesitate to share it elsewhere!
