not art related but i've been seeing "influencers" in box-braids. let me remind y'all that box-braids aren't just 'hairstyles', it's a part of a certain culture. don't make other people's cultures as your "aesthetic"

some people from that culture thinks that it's okay to use that hairstyle, some people might also find it offensive. that's why it's better to just respect their culture than to do it. :)
