Let’s say Touki is 80% of this guy though. You can now have a rotation of
A true #1 in Soroka
A borderline #1 in Fried
A 3/4 in Touki (at least)

Go get a veteran they’ll probably need anyways. Now you have a choice between Wright, Anderson, Davidson, Muller for the 5 https://twitter.com/bravesmilb/status/1294796416896978944
Also Ynoa, Weigel, JDLC, Wilson are less likely but could fill the spot.
That’s a VERY GOOD rotation. yes Touki will have his moments and so will that 5 spot, but I genuinely think Touki has turned the corner and that Top 4 (depending on the veteran) can 100% win you a championship next season
And of course any of those guys can also be used in a trade if you don’t want to pay for a starter or you think 3B or LF need an upgrade
This is of course dependent on Touki, but when Touki gets it at a level he doesn’t look back. It clicks for him and he excels he’s done it at every level we’ve seen it at so far. He’s seemingly broken through that barrier now
Keep in mind that 3/4 is a right now this is what he can do label. The ceiling is still astronomical and he’s flashed that even in the major leagues
Just for an example, last year’s World Series winner did it with a rotation of Scherzer, Strasburg, Corbin, Sanchez, and then a committee in the five. The goal is to go get your Corbin (or Strasburg, if you can afford it) by any means necessary
from 2010-2019 seven World Series winners l utilized a full time (100+ IP) fifth starter

Only two of those (2010 Giants, 2016 Cubs) had five pitchers that were significantly above replacement level

None had five “average” (2+ WAR) starters

A fifth starter is not a necessity
