They are also playing the Muslim Brotherhood card to vassalize the old ottoman provinces and recreate the lost empire with supreme class citizen (Turks) and faithful second class citizens (arabs and berbers). They have even their eyes on

Israel on the other hand has shifted from their Greater Israel plan that spreads from the Euphrates to the Nile. Their new goal is to control the strategic geographical positions and getting peace from the neighbouring countries by making them accept for good the"fait accompli".
They shifted their plans after the Yom Kippur War where they realised that even with hundreds of victories against Arab countries, one defeat can jeopardise the very existence of Israel. So peace was mandatory to continue to exist.
UAE on their part are just playing their open country card by normalising relation with Israel. They are also sending the message of "In your future schemes, do not count me in " to the other arab countries.
