{THREAD} Most involved players for their teams for 2019-20 season

- I looked at both goals (G+A p90) and xG (xG+xA p90)
- Cutoff 600 min and 0.2 xG+xA p90
- Stats from Understat
- Shows how often a player is involved when their team scores or takes a shot (higher % better)
Most involved players for goals
Mousset - 72%
Bruno - 64%
Gayle - 63%
Ings - 57%
Antonio - 51%
Auba - 49%

Most involved players for xG
Antonio - 67%
Gayle - 60%
Mousset - 59%
Benteke - 56%
Wood - 52%
Kean - 52%
Iheanacho - 49%
A few players who are involved in xG, but failed to convert: The difference in the involvement% (G% - xG%)

Benteke -30
McGoldrick -25
Nketiah -25
Joelinton -18
Jota -17
Antonio -16
Almiron -15
Samatta -14
Firmino -13

Will these players convert their xG involvement into goals?
Selected players who are overperforming their xG involvement - The difference in involvement% (G% - xG%)

Bruno +27
Greenwood +25
Snodgrass +18
Ings +17
Armstrong +13
Mousset +13

Will these players be able to keep up and continue overperforming their xG next season?
Players who caught my eye

- Nketiah (heavily involved in xG, but not goals)
- Wood (50% of Burnley attack goes through him when he plays)
- Kean (52% xG involvement, can he start ahead of DCL?)
- Iheanacho (High xG involvement, will he start?)

continued...
- Firmino (Not converting his chances)
- Che Adams (43% xG involvement when he plays, more than Ings who has 40% xG involvement. Can Adams be a regular starter?)
- Antonio (67% xG involvement, just get him in)
Conclusion

- I would look at these numbers along with how much their respective team create/score before making any decision
- These numbers are per 90min based. So, I would keep the players' minutes in mind before making decisions in FPL
