THREAD:
Trump & QANON: A new danger to America.Republicans have taken up the QAnon conspiracy that a “deep state” is plotting against them. 18 GOP HOUSE CANDIDATES who have received the party’s nomination have drunk the kool-aid as well.

Many have taken OATHS to the conspiracy.
The majority of those 18 candidates running are competing in heavily Democratic House districts. But this list of QAnon-esque candidates is only likely to grow.

There are 11 more candidates STILL running in primaries who are supporters of the conspiracy.
The candidate most likely to win a House seat is @mtgreenee in Georgia’s 14th. Marjorie Greene is outspoken of her support for QAnon. She has also made racist & Islamaphobic comments.
Recently, she stated that a plane did not actually hit the Pentagon on 9/11. And Republican Leadership has done absolutely nothing to denounce her comments.

President Trump has called her “a real WINNER” & repeatedly congratulated her on winning the primary.
@laurenboebert - in Colorado’s 3rd CD defeated five-term incumbent Scott Tipton in the primary. She has claimed that QAnon is not her “thing” but that she HOPES it is real. She has attempted to distance herself from those comments - but it's clear that she's drank the kool aid.
@PerkinsForUSSen - the GOP nominee for Senate in Oregon. In her primary night victory speech she said “I stand with Q & the team. Thank you Anons.”

She's admitted to using QAnon message boards as a “source of info” & posted a video of herself taking an oath to the conspiracy.
@CargileFor - the GOP nominee in CA-35. His Twitter bio includes a hashtag tied to the QAnon conspiracy. When questioned about his apparent following of the conspiracy, he's said that it is irresponsible “NOT to seek out the truth at any occurrence.”
@Raborn4Congress - the GOP nominee in Illinois’s 2nd CD. She promoted a video of Michael Flynn swearing an oath to QAnon, tweeting “AMEN & CONGRATS” w/the QAnon catchphrases. She was unsure about the validity of the conspiracy but Flynn’s video “seemed to give a lot of validity.”
@theangiestanton - GOP nominee in GA-05. She'd previously been imprisoned on fed conspiracy charges for involvement in a car theft ring, but was pardoned by Trump after her release.

Stanton-King's posted QAnon content but claims that she doesn't believe in the conspiracy.
@RealErinCruz - the GOP nominee in California’s 36th CD. While she hasn't embraced QAnon as others have, she has said that the conspiracy has some valid posts & that its believers have legitimate concerns.
@Alison4Congress - Hayden is the Republican nominee in California’s 15th Congressional District. She has repeatedly posted QAnon content on her Twitter account using QAnon hashtags
Johnny Teague is the GOP nominee in Texas’s 9th CD. He's retweeted a since-deleted video of QAnon supporters taking an oath for the conspiracy. He has also used hashtags associated with the conspiracy. The Houston Chronicle endorsed Teague in his primary election.
@WestPointWeber - Weber is the Republican nominee in Ohio’s 9th Congressional District. Weber has retweeted QAnon content and used conspiracy-related hashtags. He has also congratulated a Twitter user for being “17’d” a reference to the letter Q.
@Philaniseforco1 - White is the Republican nominee in Illinois’ 1st Congressional District. White has tweeted QAnon hashtags on multiple occasions.
@BillyPrempeh - Prempeh is the Republican nominee in New Jersey’s 9th Congressional District. Prempeh uploaded a photo of himself posing with a QAnon flag and used the conspiracy’s motto on his campaign’s official Facebook page.
@NikkaGOP - Piterman is the Republican nominee in California’s 13th Congressional District. Piterman has tweeted about QAnon on multiple occasions using hashtags and slogans.
@BarnettforAZ - Barnett is the Republican nominee in Arizona’s 7th Congressional District. Barnett has shared posts with QAnon hashtags on both Facebook and Twitter.
@JoyceBentleyCD1 - Bentley is the Republican nominee in Nevada’s 1st Congressional District. Bently has shared a video on Twitter promoting QAnon.
@rcurtis808 - Curtis is the Republican nominee in Hawaii’s 1st Congressional District. Curtiss has sent tweets with QAnon sloans and retweeted videos of supporters taking the QAnon oath. He has stated that “the QAnon movement must not become comatose.”
@BuzzPatterson - Patterson is the GOP nominee in California’s 7th Congressional District. When asked on Twitter if he supports the “QAnon movement,” Patterson replied “yep.” Patterson later stated that he did not recall sending the tweet & does not endorse anything Q says.
@DWood4Congress - Wood is the Republican nominee in Arizona’s 3rd Congressional District. Wood has repeatedly tweeted the QAnon slogan and shared content from prominent QAnon profiles.
@KwCongressional - Miller is an Independent candidate in Florida’s 18th Congressional District. Miller has posted QAnon content on his social media platforms and promoted an event with prominent supporters of the conspiracy.
QAnon's disgusting theories being promoted in the Republican Party today - w/no pushback from GOP leaders - shows how broken the party is. They bring to shame what it means to be an American, and what it means to be a Republican.

VOTE THEM OUT.
