AUBAMEYANG 12.0
Where else to start
Lethal finisher for a resurgent team looking for European football. That extra point in #FPL for each goal will be welcomed by any managers, and should Willian and Pepe play at the same time. Auba will get the nod down the middle

LENO 5.0
The GK provides good value for a team that could potentially keep more clean sheets, having shown very dogged, inspiring performances in the last campaign.
Makes plenty of saves, and if fit (I expect him to be). Leno could be your set and forget.

SALIBA 4.5 
A fresh face to #FPL, I've seen plenty hinting Saliba could be good value, however I'm not too keen right now, picked up a few injuries, and he wasn't an Arteta signing (despite his potential). I imagine he'll be eased in this campaign. I'd avoid for now.

TIERNEY 5.5 
The Scotsman had quite an injury hit campaign, one hopefully that is way behind him, as he looked very decent as he marauded up the pitch supporting Auba quite often, and he had a fantastic closing game last season.
If Arsenal get more clean sheets, 5.5 is fair.

TARGETT 4.5 
The flying fullback offers some decent value if Villa have a nice run of fixtures, a nice xA per 90 mins for a full back, he contributes and gets on the overlap quite a lot when Grealish is in front of him, definitely better than Mings for #FPL imo.

GREALISH 7.0 
Villa through and through, it looks less likely that Grealish will be moving on, which is great news for Villa, not so much for #FPL. Will gain bonus points, but his team will still be knocking around the bottom three you presume, and at 7.0, too much for me

MAUPAY 6.5 
2.6 shots per game for a Brighton player is impressive, expected though for Maupay due to his shoot on sight policy, he could've possibly had more than 10 goals. I think 6.5 is a little too much for him, would've liked to see him at 6.0, a nice run could return.

LAMPTEY 4.5
Everyone was begging for this lad to be 4.0, he flies up the flank for Brighton, and should be starting every game bar Potter rotation. He'll certainly be on my watchlist and is one of the best cheap DEFs about on #FPL this year.

POPE 5.5 
The top points scoring GK in #FPL last season, and the second most clean sheets in the league, its no surprise to see a million price increase for the shot stopper.
Better, cheaper options?

TAYLOR 4.5
For me, the best way to get into the Burnley defence, won't pick up many BPs, unless its a 0-0 or 1-0, but Taylor when fit is crucial to Burnley's defence, look at that clean sheet to goals conceded (5 against City too)

WOOD 6.5
The NZ forward has hit double digits for goals in every #FPL season, for me this is a bargain, when he's fit he has every chance of scoring given Burnley's threat from set pieces, and he also had the same amount of non-penalty goals as Jimenez for last season!!!

JAMES 5.0
A bit of a risk given Chelsea's frailty at the back, but James is starting to nail down that role on the right, and if Lampard plans to go 5 at the back or not, it won't stop James flying up the pitch and delivering some unreal crosses for the attack #FPL

Potentially the biggest bargain #FPL could ever see, has a crazy xG/xA record both in Holland and in the UCL, and tore Chelsea and others to shreds last season.

The star-spangled wizard was great on the eye after the restart, he looks hungry and his direct and menacing approach could potentially put Chelsea in a title race this season with a bit of luck and Captain America magic.

Again, like Ziyech this could be a bargain, 36 goal contributions in the Bundesliga last season is purely ridiculous, and his xG in a free flowing attack, that similar to Chelsea's, could mean he takes to #FPL on fire, and I back him to outscore most premium FWDs

Simple enough, he's not worth it, Palace don't seem the attack they used to be, had horrendous form post-restart, and their only other goal threat is Ayew, not much to supply or be supplied off in terms of #FPL.

FERGUSON 4.0
Talented kid, on a free from West Brom. Also believe he can play all the across the back four which is useful, either him or Mitchell (depending length of Van Aanholt's injury) are both good bench fodder options, and could come in handy to get premium MIDs #FPL

DIGNE 6.0
A very capable LB in #FPL terms, if Ancelotti can sort out that defence to get even 3 or 4 more clean sheets, Digne could definitely justify that price tag, given his outstanding assist contributions year after year.
Think it could be 0.5 too much though for me.

DCL 7.0 
The xG is ridiculous, and he definitely could have had more goals last season. The restart did DCL and Everton no favours, as he lost out on a place to Kean at the end of the season due to a long drought.
I'd stay away from this one for now.

RICHARLISON 8.0
His switch to a FWD spot makes him less appealing, he'd be worse off by at least 10-15 points from last season, due to him now getting a point less a goal and no CS.
Should they be gifted with a nice run of fixtures it would be one to consider. #FPL

MITROVIC 6.0 
A good option at 6.0, given his goalscoring prowess in the #FPL, and being Fulham's main goal threat. Question is how many times he's going to be caught decking someone on VAR for a red card

DALLAS 4.5
A very good option should Leeds be able to keep almost as resolute as they were in the Championship. Dallas flies up the pitch and was the top points scorer out of all Championship players in #FPL points terms.
22 CS with 8 G+A shouldn't be scoffed at.

HERNANDEZ 6.0
Former helping hand to #FPL hero Michu, Hernandez could definitely do a job in the PL this season for Leeds, however at 35 it remains to be seen how much rotation he would face.
I'd definitely argue that Klich and maybe Harrison are better value, both at 5.5.

MADDISON 7.0
They missed him big time after the restart. I imagine he'll be in the side from the off, and for me is one of few Leicester players I find good #FPL value in this season, other than Justin (4.5) covering Pereira's injury.

VARDY 10.0
This man can't do it again right? He seemed to slow down post restart, however Vardy will probably continue to terrorise #FPL managers this season that don't opt for him.
Can't imagine his TSB will be high this season, given the MID options are better. Avoid?

ROBERTSON 7.0 
I'd imagine he's going to be overlooked a little as people pile on Trent, but if Robertson played the same number of minutes as TAA did, he would've only finished 20 points behind him, not bad for a 0.5 difference.
I'd opt for TAA out of pure fear though #FPL

The YPOTY will almost definitely have a high TSB, his constant swinging in of deep crosses means he's perfect for #FPL, as everyone knows.
Scary thing is I think they could hit 20 clean sheets this season, double up on a premium LIV defence?

The Egyptian King is unrivalled when it comes to #FPL royalty, after pulling it out of the bag since he first came to Liverpool. I'd be amazed if he isn't in the top three for points this season - providing no injuries.

I have no time for this man, he broke my heart when he limped off as triple captain last season.
At 12.0 I fully believe that Salah is the best choice, however, if Mane starts to drop in price early, he could start to become appealing - will still score big #FPL

I don't think he's worth it, relatively nailed to start when fit, but with such a lack of attacking points, you might as well get Ederson or a full back for cheaper.
City still look woeful at the back, and I can't see Ake helping with their clear issues. #FPL

Potentially could be the best value for money player this year in #FPL. I do like Foden, and how direct he is, however I am concerned obviously at Pep roulette, as he could be rotated with Mahrez or Silva, depending where Pep wants him.

The most nailed attacking player for Man City, we could start to see Sterling be an early #FPL differential, if people opt for Salah/Auba/KDB over the winger.
All about owning at the right time - giving his inconsistency.

251 points. 0.67 xA, 23 assists in the most attacking team in the league.
Unless you've opted for another premium, which is fair enough, I don't see a reason not to have KDB. The guy is an #FPL god.

SHAW 5.0 
When he's fit and ready to play - Shaw at 5.0 offers decent value in and steady clean sheets in a decent and improving United side, and I think people are starting to clock on to his ability since the restart.

3.0 increase and a position change, if Greenwood can keep outscoring his underlying stats, United and #FPL managers have a player on their hands. I've chosen him over Rashford as I think he's better value.
Stats a little skewed due to his 19 sub appearances.

BRUNO FERNANDES 10.5 
I don't really have much to say about Fernandes, other than I believe he is excellent value SHOULD he keep getting a penalty every other game. I'd like to see a bigger sample size first myself, but the appeal is definitely there and its strong. #FPL

MARTIAL 9.0
Before the restart I hated this guy, he looked like he wouldn't make runs etc...then I put him in my team, and don't get me started on his Europa League performances, he's played great imo. Definitely a chance at hitting 20+ goals this season too. #FPL

DUBRAVKA 5.0
Set and forget? Not for me, although Newcastle looked pretty solid at home, they didn't look all that great away, and I've got a feeling they'll struggle this season compared to last, unless Bruce is backed.
He will still get save points and bonuses though #FPL

ASM is a box of tricks, and great on the eye, and for his price I believe he is one of the best in his bracket, however staying fit looks an issue for him, as does having Joelinton up top next to him. A solid 5th mid for a 352. #FPL
