Officials: shooter called RI police after hearing voices. He got into a verbal incident first with SOMEONE IN VIRGINIA who then had three people follow him, transmitting voices into his head to keep him awake and tell him what to do

If this technology has actually been perfected to the level of being able to get you to kill your own family, the people who have it yield unlimited power. One note tho: all these killers seem to have been medicated in one way or another. Reason for push to legalize drugs?

PD: Scottsdale man accused of killing wife heard voices - ABC15 Crime. 73 year old on medication. The “voices” had been unsuccessful in getting him to kill his wife. “They” were frustrated. “They” wanted him to stay alive to examine him during trial.

This seems to have been an experiment to see if older targets could be controlled. This 73-year old refused to obey and kill his wife as instructed after many attempts and instructions. Ultimately they were successful (upped his meds, increased frequency or intensity of attacks)

But how interesting they instructed him specifically NOT to lull himself after killing his wife, going to casino, coming home prepared to kill him self, and “they” intervened to stop him. They wanted to know why he was able to refuse for so long apparently.

They knew a the court would order a phsychological evaluation during trial and one of “their” doctors could be assigned to examine him and understand why they failed repeatedly to properly “activate” him.

This guy in NYC describes first “hearing voices” experience. Describes 9 people talking about him in his head, as if they were “just outside his apartment” (clear but muffled, aligns with RF/MW V2K CIA tech). Shrinks convinced him it was his anger issues.

Interesting that he was able to pick out 9 separate voice operators. Tells you the size of the surveillance team was probably 12.

Very interestingly, he states the “voices” tapped into his anger in such a way as to PURPOSEFULLY make him more angry. In other words, they had his psychological profile and used it to push his specific buttons. Manipulating him directly.

Another victim described that she had applied to the CIA and gone through all interview processes but decided against joining. So they had access to all her medical and other records. They knew how to trigger the victims specifically to enrage them to action.

He describes that the more enraged he became the “louder” and “more violent” the voices became. So they had eyes on him and saw they were having an effect and they increased the volume and started using much more violent language and demands. Wow. This is total CIA.

This guy was to be a mass shooter or assassin I’m sure. The description of the prep work they did on him is classic.

The prep period for him was 18 months (nice round number isn’t it, like a project plan timeline)?

He describes the [CIA pysop team’s] voices as “taunting him”, trying to get him to break.

He became so enraged he actually ran out into the steer with a weapon (baseball bat or knife), “READY TO KILL THEM [THE OWNER OF THE VOICES] of I could figure out who they were”.

So THATS how they get people to kill. They bring the victim to point of murder, then POINT THEM AT THEIR TARGET they want assassinated. Holy crap. Genius. Diabolical but genius.

They had this guy’s profile because he worked in mental health. His apartment was easy to target from another nearby rented apartment in NYC. Easy to setup shop and aim the RF / MW transmitter at his apartment with voice modulation station and start working on him.

He describes how he was so angry and desperately wanted “payback” for “all the pain they had put him through with their taunts over the 18 months”.

In the beginning the 9 CIA operatives claijec that “they roo” had at one time heard voices and thought they were going crazy, but they had thankfully found each other “telepathically”. This was to gain his trust and to accept the transmissions.

He was told he was in a “secret club” with them. They were able to hear him (had his apartment bugged) and had TWO WAY CONVERSATIONS with them.

The CIA told him in one conversation he was nothing more than a “homocidal rapist monkey”, held back only by his morals.

In another conversation they were brazen enough to claim “How else could you be telepathically connected to us? See? You’re one of us!” Little did he know they were watching him in real time on a monitor next door.

He describes the “voices” all laughing “together” and coming in over each other, so they were definitely in the same room together as they transmitter to him, either next door or (more likely) at Langley with a remote “voice” transmission station setup aimed at his apartment.

As he sought help, undoubtedly landing a CIA psysop psychiatrist who recorded everything so HQ could understand how their were progressing in their mission, a “friend” who was “unbelievable intelligent” (CIA) who claimed to be a Christian told him it was demons (not CIA).

The “friend” apparently claimed he had “no education past high school” but “had read the entire Bible” so of course could be trusted. Lol.

The “voices” stopped when he admitted himself to the hospital and spent a week there. Obviously they couldn’t safely target him alone with their microwave gun in such a dense environment.

Having a whole floor of people including hospital staff hearing the same voices simultaneously obviously wouldn’t have been good and would have really blown their cover.

So apparently they were after this guy on and off, transmitting at him for TWENTY YEARS. Holy crap. That is one hell of an investment. They must have been keeping him warm for something really “special”. Given he is South Korean perhaps a future false flag op?

The more cases of “hearing voices” I study the clearer and more common the CIA MO becomes. A LOT of similarities.

Recall Wikileaks #Vault7 revealed Brennan’s CIA’s fascination with undetectable assassinations via remote vehicle hacks (believed used on reporter Michael Hastings before his story on John Brennan dropped). CIA’s crown jewel is undetectable assassination tech.

Using unwitting victims who have been manipulated to a murderous rage and mental break via V2K seems like their preferred weapon of choice. But this must require a dedicated team for each victim to turn them into an assassin.

So yeah, somewhere under a black op program budget we’re paying for are probably several hundred teams, watching targets in their homes, spying on their every communication, with remote transmission pods setup pointed at their homes/apartments/places of work.

Prob a black site operating off US soil for plausible deniability, likely a massive warehouse with hundred of team sound proof rooms constructed, one team targeting one would be assassin per room/pod.

And an experimental section targeting victims with experimental tech & techniques & victims: can we get a new target to commit cannibalism? Can we get a 10 year old to kill her family? Does it work on the elderly to kill the love of his life with a hammer? Sick fucks.

Leaked CIA op PowerPoints show parts of the training for new case officers when taking on new “targets”. To help destroy them and get them ready to assassinate for the CIA, they use private text/email/phone information gathered via NSA surveillence.

The mission is to destroy human relationships so when the time comes, the target has nobody to turn to when the mental break occurs: no support network. It’s just the CIA handlers and their target.

The next time you hear about a shooter or violent incident in which the perpetrator “heard voices”, ask the one question nobody asks: “WHO BENEFITS?”. Look closely at the VICTIM of the crime and why they might have posed a threat to the US Intel community.

Also ask “WHY NOW?” And “IS THIS NEW AND NOVEL?”. It could be a distraction was necessary or the incident was an experiment.

The perpetrators of these heanous acts have “seared their consciences as with a hot iron”. Committing serial murder doesn’t bother them. They don’t think twice about it. Pray for America, and our President. Pray that these criminals would be exposed before it’s too late.
