Ranking Chelsea signings and rumoured targets out of 10 and why: [a thread]
Hakim Ziyech - 8.5

Ziyech offers us something we’ve been missing for a long time. Extremely technically gifted with a wand of a left foot and the creative spark we’ve missed at points this season, all for a cheap fee.
Timo Werner - 9

An unbelievable signing. Few would’ve expected we’d get anywhere near a player like this in January and he adds a whole new level of quality to our attack after a fantastic season for Leipzig.
Kai Havertz - 9.5

It’s not very often you get the chance to sign a truly generational talent, but it looks like we’re about to do it here. Every thing about Kai, from his technique to his physical presence, suggests he is going to light the Premier League up.
Ben Chilwell - 7.5

For many, Chilwell failed to live up to the season many had in mind for the young full back. Despite this, he is still an extremely promising talent and will hopefully put an end to our carrousel of left back transfers. Crucially, he is also Frank’s choice.
Declan Rice - 9

Everything about this guy just screams top class. More than that however, he knows what it means to play for this club and is mentally a level above other players. He won’t come cheap, but this would be a dream signing for me.
André Onana - 8

Onana would probably be my first choice keeper target at this point. He should be available for around £30 million which means we can continue to strengthen lucratively in other areas whilst still immediately upgrading the goalkeeper position.
Nick Pope - 7

Another player who would be a solid addition to the squad, Pope has looked excellent at Burnley for a couple of years now.
Dean Henderson - 8.5

Dean has been fantastic for Sheffield United the past couple of seasons but now faces competition to play for his home club, Manchester United. This transfer would require a big fee, but surely lock down the keeper position for years to come.
Lewis Dunk - 7

Dunk would be another welcomed addition to our back line. One thing we’ve lacked for a while is leadership at the back and Dunk brings this with good defending attributes.

His rumoured cost at 40 million is a bargain when you look at what Maguire went for.
Ben Foster - 6

Far from a superstar signing, Ben Foster will serve to plug a gap currently held by Kepa Arrizabalaga.

This signing is important as he should be available for a relatively low fee which allows us to target more expensive players in other positions.
