First lets look at how he did last season for RB Leipzig 
Last season Timo played 34 games for Leipzig, where he scored 28 goals and assisted 8 times. That means 36 goal involvements in 34 games, which is pretty insane

Timo also had 2.9 shots per game and 14 big chances created.
If we compare that to Giroud and Tammy they had 3 big chances created together.
Giroud had 1.3 shots per game, Tammy had 2.1 shots per game.

Like every other striker, Timo also wasted some big chances.

If we look into Werner and Chelsea’s squad next season in PL we can see that Werner have a lot attacking players around him, which always is good for a striker. ....
Chelsea scored 69 goals last season, and I can only see that rising with their new attacking signings in Ziyech, Werner (and Havertz) + Mount and Pulisic from before. ....
