I can be 'negative' bc I've already come up with 5+ ways to improve my workplace. People need to get unstuck.
Stop sucking up to your admin and start working to change the environment for the benefit of everyone.
And those who've 'positively' taught yourselves into poverty wages in 2020, with multiple degrees, should be the loudest.
