Where people actually learn is after. When they've had a chance to recall and reflect on what has happened.

Explaining why failure is a good teacher. You have a chance to reflect on what happened
So then it's not the telling or the doing it is the asking them.

What was most useful for you?

This is where the double loop appears.

The 1st loop is trying to fix the problem.

While the 2nd is created by a learning moment where people can step back and gain insight.
This is where "Aha" moments happen.

This is where real learning occurs.
