1/ In a July letter to @APWUnational members, Lamont Brooks, Director of Clerk Division, wrote "...the Postal Service has made the decision to remove at least 671 pieces of letter and flat mail processing equipment throughout the country."
2/ Neither the @USPS or the @APWUnational have responded to my request for comment or documentation of the 671 figure.
3/ In the same letter, Brooks wrote that "We can’t solve everything in the grievance procedure. Some things have to be taken to the streets" and "we are prepared and ready for the fight."
