Had a date with my boyfriend last night, and the entire time I was smiling & giggling.

So many women my age (late 30s / early 40s) seem so serious, uptight, aggressive & frankly OLD. I love being light-hearted, relaxed, optimistic & yes, GIRLISH in general & ESPECIALLY w/ him.
I understand why men date younger women & it's not just for the tighter bodies. It's the ATTITUDE. They enjoy being with a woman who doesn't have a "know it all" demeanor, who is a bossy bitch.
My man is so masculine & I am so attracted to him that I naturally, without any artifice, fall into a very feminine, relaxed frame. My voice with him is lilting & sweet, I'm always touching him, I thank him for all he does for me, from buying dinner to giving me life advice.
I strive to keep my body lean, tight & fit but ALSO to ensure that I provide my man a welcome & pleasant presence. He doesn't want a masculine or gruff girlfriend; he's got male friends for that.
He doesn't want a world-weary, been-there-done-that bored & resentful woman. That's not attractive.

I still maintain a youthful sense of wonder & hope & openness to be lead. And it feels wonderful to me AND is what he demands and deserves 😌.
