This is a call for international solidarity with Marguerite Stern, @Margueritestern g French radical feminist facing repression and death threats due to her activism for women’s liberation.
Marguerite Stern, ex- @Femen_France militant, launched Collages Feminicide movement in August 2019. She took to the streets of Marseille and began pasting posters on the city’s walls denouncing femicides and domestic violence.
Using sheets of paper and glue, Stern paid « femmage » to the women murdered by their former or current partners with slogans such as « She left him, he kills her ». Stern then moved to Paris and started the first first Collage Feminicides group there.
Stern's technique spread in France and beyond, slogans can be now seen i London, Amsterdam,Lisbon. A month after its foundation, Stern took a step back to allow the movement to branch out organically, she didn’t want the media to view her as the leader.

Collages Feminicide movement grew rapidly ; as it grew the focus drifted further and further away from it’s original purpose- denouncing male violence against women. In January, some activists thought it was a wise idea to paste the divisive sexist slogan “Sisters, not CisTERFs”.
As the movement’s founder, Stern publicly spoke out against this and highlighted the problems of self identification and the ever-growing place of trans activism in feminism. his brave statement quickly earned her the titles TERF / SWERF,
some militants even sought to kick her out of the movement she founded. It didn’t take long for more misogynistic slogans to be pasted in the French cities, and one such slogan actually called for the murder of feminists - “Burn the Terfs”.
Stern then decided to reorganise and she opened “L’Amazone”, a women-only space, in a squat where feminists who wanted to honor the movements origins could meet, support each other and take back the streets. Many feminists used this area for their activism and their art.
This was one of the rare female-only spaces in France; unfortunately it didn’t last long as the only male resident of this squat, who considers himself to be a trans-ally, changed the locks of the premises; consequently forbidding the feminists from meeting.
After the feminists were forced to leave their HQ, a famous French actor and his Trans Activists friends decided to humiliate these feminists and break into L’Amazone and deface their art with crude masculinist slogans.
This is a photo of a celbration that the Trans Activits held in L'Amazone after the eviction of the feminists. They defaced the women's art and activism and tagged "Thats life" along with a drawing of a penis beside a collage honouring a woman who was murdered by her partner.
L’Amazone was a place for women of all backgrounds to meet and honor the female victims of male violence, now this former feminist HQ has been transformed into a party venue for the bourgeois queer militants of Paris.

Marguerite Stern is facing a constant onslaught of misogynist violence from Trans Activists and Men’s Rights Activists. This week, a Go Fund Me page was set up, with the aim of “silencing Marguerite forever”.

Radical Feminists in France face death threats for merely speaking of their body and wanting to meet without their oppressors.
Unfortunately this isn't the first attack against feminists and women's spaces. In February, multiple feminist organisations, politicians, and well known personalities signed an Op-Ed entitled "The debate on the place of trans women MUST NOT TAKE PLACE" https://twitter.com/nicisnitrans/status/1234093929198424064?s=19
Here is another thread (it's in French buuut Twitter translates it perfectly!) describing in more detail how the trans activists took over and degraded this female space dedicated to the women who lost their lives at the hands of men
